Anyone have that new TURBO kit for the 400ex? I read about it in the atv mag. It runs about 4500 bucks. I'm curious how it would do with a 11:1 high compression piston. I just bumped my honda to a 426. From what I understand with turbo's- they make the compression in the cylinder chamber higher... resulting in more horsepower. The mag article said it DOUBLES the horsepower of the 400ex - they made one for the Raptor as well.

You think it's possible to run this turbo with a high compression piston - without running into any compression problems? Are Turbo's harder on the engine- will it run hotter?

Any ideas?

Usually with turbo vehicles the compression is not that high, but it might still work. If you put this on your machine change the oil every time you ride or it will burn up. Also let the machine idle for a few minutes for the turbo to cool down.
