Hey I just got my new PowerCore4 2 for my 400ex. I was gonna get it jetted before this weekend but now that isn't going to happen. I will be using it with a K&N filter and was wondering if any of you run that set up and what your jetting specs are. I know FMF has some on their site but I was just wondering what you had and if it works. Thanks a lot.

Well, I put the dynojet jet kit in with my K&N and Yoshi slip on pipe. I put the needle clip in the 3rd position from the top, used the 155 main, and turned the fuel/air screw out 3.5 turns. This works for my set-up. If you just use stock jets, I'd go up to a 155 or 160, bump up your pilot to a 42 (I hear that works well), and lower your needle clip one position. You should try posting a question on exriders.com, or just doing a search. The site is devoted to Honda EX's. Good Luck!!!

If you have to turn your fuel screw past 2.5 turns out,you need to bump your pilot jet up.
