hey if anybody has replaced their axel on their 250Ex please tell me how to do it. I already got the hubs off and the lock nuts on the axel now what is there something i have to disconnect in the rear end?

Have you got it yet?

If not, you have to take the rear brake cables off the brake housing, remove skid plate, remove the bolts of the brake drum housing, remove the brake drum and then the axle will pull out the right side of the rear end. This was by memory without having a quad in front of me, so I may have missed a step or two.
