i have to disagree. the 250ex is one of the most reliable and greatest start off fourwheelers out there. you just dont like it because you crashed while going crazy.

Do you have any idea how many sport(and even some utilities) quads have trouble handling bumps like bayou220,recon, and most of the smaller ATV's. so if you cant handle the bumps get a bigger quad.

250EX's are good little bikes, although I did hurt my arm on my brothers yesterday, and something might be wrong with it, but that was my own error, I did a wheelie over a bump that I knew would kick the back end up, although I didn't know it would kick the back end up and then keep going. If Honda could do anything to it, I wish they would put 300EX suspension on it or something, something that doesnt rebound so quickly.

start a kid on a 250ex, when he grows, hell be ready for a 400ex.

start a kid off on a 400e, when he grows, hell be ready for a souped up 400ex.

start a kid off on a modded 400ex, and hell be ready for a cdale.

I think you should start any kid off with the 300ex....
