But im naht about weight when it comes to looks on the quad. have seencrome this, chrome that for the 400ex. Does any companies sell chrome engine cases? i really ann get that chromed out liek Cascade has for the banshee(The 3 piece). Thanks for your time and PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!

Geez I wish I had all that damn money you have. Chroming the whole thing out is stupid dude. Unless its just going to be there to look at,the chrome finish will get worn, just looking good for one race, and making your wallet thinner.
I dont know who makes chrome parts or engine casesfor the 400ex.....besides pipes, cuz I haven't really looked into stuff like that.

A MUCH cheaper way of goin about it would be getting all the paint off of it, sand it smooth, and polish it a lot with some Mothers Aluminum Polish. You can make it look like chrome and it would cost you about $5, and a little work. You can do the same to the swing arm, unless it has an aftermarket, chromoly swing arm, but if it's the stocker... you can do the same thing to it too.
What kind of riding are you going to be doing? If you are goin to race MX, than I would suggest buying an axle, smaller tires, a-arms and shocks, and a pipe first, before you start worrying about the looks. Not to be mean or anything, but nothing looks worse than someone rolling up on a BAD *** quad that has every little detail fixed up, intimidating everyone, and then when the gate drops, he ends up getting last place. If you are into racing, worry about practicing before you worry about anything else.
