(yes I know... its the Honda forum, but more traffic comes through here)

My LT500 Zilla spews a little oil out where the pipe meets the engine. The seal isnt real good there. It eventually covers everything in the general area with black crap.
What can I do to make the seal better. A super heat resistant piece of rubber? Give me any ideas. This is a 2-stroke thing. NOT just MY 2 stroke thing. I know the R guys out there have delt with this with their aftermarket exhausts.
Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks!

350X,

I use the High Temp Red/Orange silicone from Permatex... IT works better than anything else I've found, but it's still not a permanent fix.
I purchased a new exhaust manifold for my R that has high temp O-rings.. Very sexy piece that seals great!

Also, If you're spewing a BUNCH of oil... you're probably not jetted correctly.
