I think I've found my pipe: T-4 full system, large 3" end cap, screen type spark arrestor. I saw one and it sounded very nice, maybe a little on the loud side, but where I ride, you could bring that pami DS 760 without a silencer and ride it. What do you think?

@ 1/2 throttle: 118 dB (C-weighted) 108 dB I think (A-weighted)

that's a lot of loud

I ride miles out from civilization, in the desert(basically there is no civilization[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]!). Excellant pipe. I just sold my complete T-4 system and replaced it with a HMF system,,and I think I lost power???!!!?

 

just put a t4 on my 400 ex,,, excellent ,, i love it

As you know that you wouldn't able take the 400ex with T-4 down at the Oregon dunes since you will be way over the DB limits. Just why you want loud pipe so to let peoples be out of your way? This example is a good way to **** peoples off that who don't ride bike or quad and want to close the riding area because loud pipe!

Have you ever look of LRD pipe for 400ex? just asking....
