TURN YOUR GAS OFF.REMOVE YOUR AIR BOX CONNECTION TO THE CARB(LARGE BLACK HOSE)PUSH YOUR THROTTLE LEVER ALL THE WAY OPEN,TAKE A FLASHLIGHT AND LOOK INTO THE BACK OF THE CARB.IF YOU CAN SEE THE SLIDE HANGING DOWN AT ALL,THEN YOU ARE NOT GETTING FULL THROTTLE.IF YOU HAVE TO ADJUST IT,THE ADJUSTER IS UP ON THE THROTTLE LEVER CABLE. ADJUST IT OUT SO YOU WILL GET FULL THROTTLE.

When you say out, do you mean where there are no threads showing under the boot? I looked at mine and there is a half inch of threads showing at least. Thanks

I don't go by the threads that might or might not be sticking out.The best way to tell is to look at how far the carb slide opens, when you push the throttle lever wide open.

What would happen if you just remove your end cap on the stock silencer? I have an e-series silencer that I had to send back to WB because the rear bracket broke. I ride every Wednesday evening so last night I just removed the endcap on the stock silencer. It obviously didn't run as good as the e-series but it did run better with the endcap off.

99' 400ex, WB e-series, Works Triple Rate, AC nerfs and bumber, Renthal bars, Dominators W/Douglas 1.90 all around
