does anyone have pics of a 300ex with another way to rig up the headlight and make it look good without the handlebar plastic, and a way to mount the ignition?

You can put the ignition on the side panel, just in front of the gas tank.

As for the headlight, I have never seen one on a 300EX that I've liked.

i've been wonderin how hard it would be to put the ones from a 400ex on it...if at all possible

Im sure its possible. A handlebar clamp is a handlebar clamp..

the headlights...i like the ones on the 400ex, but not really the one on the 300ex which is what i think im gonna be gettin cuz i want reverse mainly

is there anyway to put 400ex plastic on a 300ex? like just the front and be able to keep your stock rear or do you have to change that too.
