with the new setup i would order a dynojet jet kit(about $30.00-$50.00), it come with all the info on jetting and it comes with 3 or 4 jets new needle and whatever else is necessary. from experience on piped and filtered hondas i would jet up between 1 and 2 jetting size(the instructions with the jet kit will tell you). i would jet it for sure though.

It will also vary depending on how many discs you are running. The more discs, the more air is going through the engine, so you will have to jet up. I run 6 discs on the 250 and Recon (and a K&N). It seems like the happy medium. Sorry, it has been so long, I can't remember the jet sizes.
