Why did Honda stop production on the 250R 4 wheeler? TIA

The reason was because of the pressure from legal issues and things like big brother trying to f*** everything up.

I thought it was along those lines. I've seen several over the last month or two. They are sweet and fixed up are every bit as fast as most banshees.
