And I got a answer to why it suddenly has more speed- After rolling it my friend took it to his shop to "store" it for me as i messed up my arm. This friend straitened out my handelbars and rack for me. After rideing it i also complained about a vibration in the steering so he took a look into that.
This friend has a degree from MIT, and also had fun putting a ulrta thin head gasket on my rubi after he pulled the cam and adjusted the timing by a few teeth, and useing some differnt coil with a higher spark cut in it- Im not happy as this is my hunting quad and i really didnt want the engine messed with at all. but thats the deal and he thought it was rather funny that the CPU still shuts it down at 63MPH anyways but o'well.
Should I have the timing put back to stock?

PS, if you go frame by frame there that video you see the drive ranges error right at 63
