Sorry guys but the problems with Polaris are endless. We all know that, maybe someday they will be as reliable as Yamaha or Honda.
Ya i own a 2000 grizzly and it will kick butt, i wonder how the honda will live against it, have you ever been mauled by a grizzly, i haven't i do the hunting, so bring them on, i can't wait for the rubicon to come out, there is going to be a on Hell of a Battle. Polaris, stay home we wouldn't want you to break again. Stay on the nice hard pack fire roads.

Yes i am hard on Polaris, i hope the dealerships read this.
I seen one suck in water, couldn't get it started for 2hrs. Pulled it with my big bear till the belt finally dried.
Seen a 97 SP, break afer a day of mud bogging, 4wd system would not work, sensores, not made for mud and water.
Seen a new SP in a mud run with lots of water get the belt wet and could not even finish the race. No thanks, that is why i got a Grizzly.
RELIABILITY.

For those of you that bash other peoples atv's. How do you act out in the world? When you are out atving and you run across an atv that is not your brand. What do you say to them? Do you tell them they have a bad atv? DO you start bragging about yours? Its easier
to do on a forum isn't it, as you dont have to see us face to face. Grow up!

Yam8,I can tell the TRUE rookies at an instant in here by their posts. And I feel honored to say that you come pretty close to taking first place in that catagorie. You have not owned your 2000 Grizz long enough yet to classify it as reliable, and clasify it as King of all 4x4s,much less come in here and tell us guys how dominating a Grizz is.I can tell you as many horry stories on the Grizz as you have heard on Polaris. You wonder how the Honda will live against it?How very amusing you are.Did you by chance have your mother change your diaper yet today? With all the B.S. you say in your posts,it leaves me wondering.======p.s everyone knows a real Sportsman can kill a Grizzly anyday.Even out of season.=======BILL

Good one Bill!
Even after a guy on a Banshee beat me in a drag one day, I was nice enough to help him out of the mud later? Why? Because most AVTers are cool like that. I will however from now say ahhh, 101 things to do with your stuck junk quad. Then I will go off at the mouth while he sits there.
No not really, I'm just saying people get on this board sometimes and act like idiots!
Whoever it was that said "Do you guys really do this in the real world?" I'm wondering too??? I mean if I guy is unloading is Sportmans , YAM8 certainly doesn't ride up to him and pop off "I'm a grizzly king of 4x4's!!! you don't do that right?
Lastly....

101 uses for Rancher (the member, not machine) I'll start get us started with one...

There is nothing about a rookie when someone states facts, not B.S. It happened.
Yes i have just got my bike, but i know of 4 other people who have grizzlies and they abuse them and still swear by them why because they are tougher, no B.S. about it. I did my homework trust me! when spending that kind of money, you better.

I don't judge people or tell them there bikes are junk when i meet them, i help them if they need help, but i will tease my friends.
I am stating these facts to let people know things before they purchase. The things i have mentioned were things i saw in front of me, there is no denying that.

Yam8 u say u wouldnt buy a polaris because you have seen one get its belt wet in a race and couldnt finish the race and thats why u bought a grizz.
I have seen the same thing happen to Grizzleys and praries. Not one machine with a belt drive can keep it from getting wet all the time if they ride in deep mud and water.
Also i had a friend that had a grizz for almost a year and had to rebuild the motor twice so he sold it and got a sportsman. All machines will have problems and believe me the grizz is not the best machine on the market today.
