my 87 250 fourtrax is all around a good machine, except the top speed is slow. does anyone know of a way to speed up my "classic" (lol). any performance tips are appreciated. does anyone know the actual top speed of this fourwheeler? thanks.

 

Are you talking 250R, or 250X?

Sorry, I don't deal much with utility quads.

There MAY be a jet kit for it, but I am unsure.

What you could do is go online and see if there are any aftermarket parts for it such as an an after market filter, cam, and possibly an aftermarket pipe. Along with a jet kit, this would be a good place to start.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
