I HAVE A 400EX AND I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW EXAUST SYSTEM. I WANT SOMETHING THAT GIVES ALOT OF HP BUT IS LOUDER THAN STOCK. I HEAR GIG GUN IS QUIETER BUT HOW MUCH? IS IT LOUDER THAN STOCK?AND DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH HP I WILL FORM JUST A SILENCER FOR BOTH SYSTEMS AND HOW MUCH HP WITH THE HEAD PIPE ALSO? THANKS

I think the Big gun is a little louder than stock but not much. I think you get 2 or 3hp for silencer only and mabye 5 or 6 with complete system. see ya later

Not sure about the big gun but i have the White Bros. pro-meg system on my 00'EX and it is WAY louder than stock. I think it is one of or probably the loudest pipe available. I'd save up for the complete system and rejet w/a new filter and holes in airbox. You'll have a completely different quad.

whats the difference between a muffler kit and the complete kit/ i think the complete kit comes with the header pipes also but i'm not sure can you help me out?

 

has anyone tried the FMF powercore 4 silencer on a 400ex? How does it compare with a White Bros. and other popular companies?
