I have a friend who is planning on selling his 300ex, so he has money to buy a car. I told him that we should trade our 4-wheelers (Mine is 2002 Trail Blazer) so he could sell my trail blazer instead. I know my Trail blazer is worth more, but is this trade a good idea? HIs is a 1994 300EX with nerf bars, ITP rims, Twist throttle, Renthal handle bars, Racing fenders, DG pipe, and a new chain and sprocket. I would say this machine is in good condition. My TrailBLazer is all stock except for the clutch kit. It is in mint condition. I would like to trade because this is one mean 300EX, but I dont want to be screwed because of the values. What should I do?

300 only goes 55 (geared down) but has tons of power in every gear

 

nowdays you can get a 2001 model 300ex with around the same mods for about 2500. So NO. You could just sell yours and buy a newer one and still have money left for mods.
