250r axle on 400ex

250r axle on 400ex
Are the splines for the brake discs the same? Also are the splines for the hubs the same? Looking at buying a DuraBlue from a friend. Any help with this question will be very much appreciated.

250r axle on 400ex
I have heard from several people that the only difference is the hub spline pattern. You have to use the hub from the bike that it is supposed to be on,400ex axle, 400ex hubs- 250r axle,250r hubs. Other than that they are supposed to bolt on.
