would 400ex plastic fit on 250x

i just baught a 250x yesterday and a i was wondering if i could put a 400ex plastics on it. If this could be done how mutch work would it take.

This spring I was emailing a guy in Ohio that had a 250x with 400ex plastic on it,looked real nice. Didn't ask him how hard it was to put on,I'm sure you will have to fab a couple of brackets to line it up,or redrill some holes,but it definately will work.
