400EX plastic on a 300EX?

I had heard of this being done. Can anyone confirm that you can attach 400EX plastic to a 300EX? It is MUCH cheaper

Yes it can be done. I think you have to make a few brackets and buy the seat too. I can give you the email address of a friend of that did it if you're interested. LMK
