Sounds like the bugs are pretty good too. The vamps really dont ride as rough as I expected when i first got them. I was amazed by them also. I would like to personally compare the vampires mud bugs and tri claws, to see which one really is the best. I think they would be pretty well equal in most cases. You said you were getting the high perf kit right? Well when you get it on and test it out, let me know how it works ok? I may buy one for my 300 if it shows a big improvement. Merry Christmas, I think I'm getting the lift kit for christmas, but my parents didnt tell me yet!

Matt
Go and check out the topic "450's in general...again" A guy in there just completed putting on this high performance kit, and he tells what he thinks of it, I was told it would probally be a couple of weeks, because the K&N power kit is on back order, (I ordered it all seperatly through my local bike shop because they were about $80 cheaper, everything is there except the K&N stuff. BUT I will let you know what I think about it when I get it. should be grinnin' from ear to ear!

Just a question of curiosity.... when you scan in pics, how do you determine the size it is after you scan it. I scanned these at 400dpi, if I went to a lower res. would they be smaller? I noticed how big these photo's are and HOW LONG THEY TAKE TO LOAD (for which I am sorry) Any info would be appr.

Make sure you save them in a format that compresses more. Like JPEG (or JPG). I know my scanner was setup to save a pic default as a TIF file and they were HUGE!!!

Are you using Frontpage to do your
webpage? If yes then modify the size of
the pic and RESAMPLE at the lower size.

ForemanES, usually when you save them as a jpeg, you can make them of less quality but a smaller file, or vice versa. After you're done scanning and saving it, try bringing it up in "paint" which is one of your Windows tools. Then when it's up, just go to "save" and it should save it as a lot smaller file.

You can shrink your pics in any image editing program. Paint, which was mentioned earlier is pre loaded on windows. You can go in it, look at the top where it says image, click on it, it will drop down a menu, clikc on stretch/Skew out of the menu. Then change the percentages to the desired amount and click ok. You can make the images larger or smaller, this way. Good luck and let me know how ya like the high perf kit. I like the lift kit alot!

Yes you can open jpeg images in paint, when you click on file, at the top, select open, then it will pop up a box where you can select the file, well in that box, close to the bottom there is a little drop down box that says files of type, well look through those and select jpeg or all images. Then you are able to select your jpegs. Good luck, hope that helped.
