My son is trying to give his 250x a different look. He has a fullbore race cut body in black and he is wanting to lose the large headlight from the handlebars and install 2 small halogens farther down the nose of the body. The problem is when you remove the headlight the large flange at the top of the steering stem is exposed aswell as front of the gas tank due to the large opening in the body being uncovered now that the headlight is gone. Any ideas as to how to clean this area up a little? the 250r's do not have a headlight how is it handled on those machines?
