It greatly depends on your riding style and what you expect to do mostly... sand skate II's are a great all around tire... even for high Hp machines.... they turn great, they are great fun to roost with, and they aren't too bad for straight line acceleration too....
But if you're looking for the best drag racing tire for hill shooting.... I'd look at the haulers or extreme haulers... on a 350... just guessing on your HP output, rider weight, gearing and other variables, I probably wouldn't go over 10 paddles. 8 might not be enough traction.... These tires are great for straight line acceleration and hill climbing, but they don't turn anywhere near as well as the skates...
If you're not on a budget, might look at the paddla brats or a custom cut paddle from sand tires unlimited... they can fix you right up for your exact application.... but be prepared to pay!
