Have you cleaned your carb? Using your choke?

Have you checked you jetting? Make sure you are getting air into the motor, clean air filter, is the air box lid on or off? any restrictions. The easy stuff first.

If that fails, clean and check your carb, mine did something similar so I junked the old one it was the original. The slider was scorn, and would bind before it could reach fully open. Not allowing the motor to run at its peak. Again not enough air. Shes perfect now!

Last what plug do you run, is it hot enough. Mine runs a NGK B8ES, non-resistor type plug, it will foul any type of resistor plug for some reason? Your may have a similar problem.

Check to make sure your main seal isnt leaking on the clutch side. It may be that your sucking trans oil into your crank case which would make it equally hard to start as well as fouling your plugs.

I got the new shiny fenders for the same price as the dull fenders. Rocky Mountain Atv has them cheap. $110 for race front and $100 for rear.

I don't understand the link there.
You are supposed to run resistor type plugs when running modern electronics such as the CDI box for their protection.
Whether or not it is a resistor, should have no bearing whatsoever on how easily the plug fouls.
