For less than the price of a pipe, you can upgrade the intake (snorkel end, airbox, filter, jet) and get at least as good a gain in power. Some are taking the spark arrestor and quiet core out of the stock muffler with good gains also. Other popular mods are wider front hubs or reverse rims and 20" rear tires.
