Take a hacksaw and cut it in four places . The swingarm will fall right out .You will need to buy a new bolt.I have had to do this four times on bikes I have rebuilt. What ever you do do not hit it with a large hammer you will bend the frame .

And when you go to buy a new swing arm pivot bolt, get it for a 400EX, they are the same bolt, not too many people realize that. They are 1/3 the cost as well. You can get the 400EX bolt from service honda for $19 bucks.

Thanks quadfather, I just bought this thing real cheap like this but I will lube it every now and then.
Anyone ever put a zerk ont he swingarm or bolt?
Brian, Thanks I was wondering about the 400ex bolt, saves me like $40, I was gonna get the one on ebay for like $60 but that one is stainless. $20 sounds A LOT better,
Thanks again
