350X conversion

I read somewhere that the reason
Honda never made a trx350X is that
the 350X motor is not that good.

Actually the 350X engine was a very good, very torquey engine especially for it's time. Good enough they used it on one of their 4X4 utility machines for a few years, and good enough to put out more HP than even a current Warrior of the same size. I just don't think they had reason to put it on a high performance machine when the TRX250R was doing & selling so well. We must also remember that they were under govt attack during those years & weren't too hip on putting out new sport machines.

I'm not completely positive, but I think it won it's class both years ('85 & '86) in the Baja 1000

i think anybody who thinks ruining one of the best threwheelers by dismembering it should be stripped of all atvs/atcs and beaten.to whom it may concern a stock 350x motor runs like a raped ape!!!!!! threewheelers forever

you are right, 3 wheels 4ever, I am getting ready to do this conversion in the next week or so. The engine I got was off a trike with a crushed frame (tractor). Therefor I think I am dooin it a favor!

86 ATC250R fast, Very fast
91 250 (soon 2 be 350)x
