I know this is not a honda question but I have been given a Warn A2000 winch from a friend who said it did not work. How hard are these to work on? I have tried to contact Warn by email and they will not respond. I am sure it probably needs a solenoid and I would like to replace all the wiring as well. Any ideas what this might cost me? Thanks in advance

 

A update wiring kit is around $90.00. It does away with the solenoid and gives you a relay box with a small rocker switch on the handlebar. It works better than there old system.

 

Thanks alot...I will get that kit for it....I got ahold of a Warn dealer who is going to totally service and grease and a new cable so I will have them send me that upgrade as well...Thanks
