Why would you want to do that? a 200cc air cooled 4 stroke will have no problems with overheating. and i have never heard of an accessory such as that.

It does have a problem with overheating. I ride very slow in a crick were there is sand and i pull my motor hard up hills and never get much speed. I have already had to rebuild my motor from overheating once.

When i had a 300 2X4 the amnual said that an aux. fan could be purchased from honda for extreme hot weather use maybe you could call honda and see what the price is.I could possibly be rigged to you bike. Also you may want to look into an oil cooler, and i would use as cold a heat range plug i could.Good luck.

Check with your dealer I got a fan off of a salvaged bike very reasonable once for a 300.
I would also check my plug to see if it's running to lean which would also make it run hotter.

I like Bill's idea about the oil cooler. If you don’t want to do that, check with your local cycle salvage yard. You should be able to pick up a cooling fan from any L/C street/dirt bike and adapt it for your application. When you set it up, it probably would be most effective if pointed directly at the top of the head. This most likely will not be possible but get it as close as you can.

Thanks guys, I am going to try to call the honda shop about the fan.

Also i was wondering how they make the fans waterprof. YOu now where the shaft comes out of the motor and onto the fan blads i don't see anyway to make that waterproof, just an idea.
