Well, A_Team, I see I haven't fooled you any! You've got my number, all right.

Tell you what. Here's whisky's post:

"Me and my beastly twolve whey across a beaver dam that no one will try i seen a honda 450 get stuck in there mines only the 2wheel drive one. it all cause of the wait it floats."

Now, please translate into a comprehensible statement in any language you choose, including English. I'm not critical about spelling or grammar; nonetheless, the meaning of phrases like, "my beastly twolve whey," eludes me.

You claim English is not whisky's first language; what is?

By the way, I think whisky can take a joke; also, he can take care of himself.

I belive that the following statement... "Me and my beastly twolve whey across a beaver dam that no one will try i seen a honda 450 get stuck in there mines only the 2wheel drive one. it all cause of the wait it floats.", should be translated as follows:

I, on my "beast", drove way across a beaver dam that no one else would try. I have seen a Honda 450 get stuck in there. My atv is only a two wheel drive; maybe it is the way it floats. (reason it doesn't get stuck).

I think "beastly twolve" actually means "beastly timberwolf" the 2 wheel drive model.I tink so.

Thanks, quadnut and scotster750! You're now my official whisky-speak translator and linguist, respectively!

Actually, "twolve" seems quite elegant, now that I understand it, incorporating elements of both "TWO-wheel drive" and "TimberwoLVE" (Timberwolf).

Ain't etymology wonderful?

cool, yeah I'm really not a Yamaha or a polaris hater. I did start this topic though, I really just wanted to hear some good racing stories, but it gets real ugly, real fast..
