Sure you can there is a very simple procedure to do the. First get off the quad, walk to the front of the machine and push on the handle bars.

My point was when I said: " That's like asking: Who wants AC in a jeep?" 95% of the time you don't
need AC in a jeep. (Depending on where you live) I never thought I'd need AC in my 59' *****, CJ7, or 89' Wrangler. I thought if you want AC in a Jeep just take the top and or doors off. Then a friend bought a Wrangler with AC and I laughed at him. One day after that, I was driving my Wrangler to a funeral during the summer, in the rain and wearing a suit. It was HOT and Humid! I thought to myself AC would be nice right now.
Reverse is kind of like that: You don't need it most of the time, but when you do it's kind of nice.
