Is this a good deal on this rancher?

Hey,
This guy that I know has a 2001 green Rancher 4*4 for sale. It has maybe been on 5 deer hunting trips and in the mud about 4 times. It might have 30 miles on it and maybe 100 hours. I probobly could buy it from him for 3000 or maybe a little less. The only thing that I am worried about is that he cranks it up every weekend and drives it out to the road to sell and doesnt let it warm up or anything, could this have hurt it? Also I'm planning on using this for hunting and some trail riding. Will this big enough for what I need to use it for. If I have some money left over i might buy me a cr. if it isnt fun enough. Thanks for the help.

The rancher will be everything you want and need. I have had no trouble with mine. Just one question how did he get 30 miles and 100 hours on his I have 1200 miles and 150 hours. Sounds weird. As for not letting it warm up I let mine warm up in the winter a lot. With the choke on. And in the summer I let it warm up without choke. Seems to be fine. If your buddy never lets it warm up it depends on how long he’s owned it. Based on the miles and hours it sounds like its not to late. If you let it warm up and change the oil frequently enough it should be fine. Like new.
