Default GBC Dirt Devils for Recon?

Any body have these treads on their recon(or a different quad)? Do they rob any power? It says they are 6 ply, is that good? If not these, can anybody a good tread for mostly trail riding and some deep mud? Thanks! Sorry about so many q's.

I ran 26" dirt devils on my 450s Foreman. I figured 6 plys would about be bulletproof, and I never punctured one. They were considerably heavier and stiffer than the stock tires, which was no problem for the 450. I have a 250ex, very similar to recon, and it doesn't have any spare power to turn heavier or taller tires than stock. If you go with dirt devil xts you will get excellent traction almost everywhere. They are very good but not the best in deep mud. They do surprisingly well in snow, believe it or not. Good luck.

i have 25" Dirt Devils on my 250 fourtrax, and i like them. 6 ply is good b/c they are pretty good at not getting punctured, but they are a little heavy. they took away some power, but i dont have any trouble turning them.
