got a 86 125trx for my daughter(9). wondering if they make a pipe or anything for it. i had some holeshots off my blaster that helped it out. no suspension, so when she rides over any little bumps she's ussually three wheelin. she has a blast on it. just would like to give it a little more pep and a she wants it louder like dads.

I would not even think about putting mods into a 125 just becasue it is so small. You should just go by her a 250ex which is a good quad i think. I have a friend who has one and she rips on it.

 

Make shure to stay with two ply tires for the quad has only the tires for the shock. Four or six ply. will beat you to death. Yes a header will help a good bit they are around $100.00.

 

i have the holeshots on there cause when she rides on sand they are so fat that she basiclly floats on top. i got my wife the 250ex. great bike. my daughter is still getting the basics down. i would rather her learn on something that makes her think about what she can and can't do than her have a bike thats go power and suspension. so once she has the 125 with no suspension figured out all the way she will be able to ride just about anything and respect its performance. thanks for the input but still nobody has told me who makes a pipe for it or any other mods. also i've heard about universal pipes. do they have spark arresters? and who makes them? thanks

If u want more power get a k&n air filter.I think DG might make a pipe for your bike.They are around 115$ canadian and mine is a one piece full system.

If I remember right the ATC 125M exhaust will work on the TRX 125. It has been along time ago but I believed that is what I used. DG and Jardine are the two that come to mind that made them. Look in Shade tree Dennis Kirk or JC Whitney motorcycle magazine to find them.
