i have a '86 250r that i'm having a problem getting jetting just right. it has a fmf gold series pipe, k&n filter, stock gearing, and a freshly rebuilt top and bottom end. it runs good on the top end but is really doggy on the low end. i live in kansas, and ride mostly at the little sahara dunes. just wandering if anyone had any suggestions to what jetting, needle settings, and gearing to run? thanks.

the spark is a little black, but not bad. it doesn't ever foul plugs.
