i am interested in putting a cr ignition on my R. i was wondering if anyone could tell me all of the parts and theirpart numbers that i would need to do this. thanks a bunch

 

you might as well go to esr because they have a good price on them, and as well he makes the billet back plate that is needed to run the cr stator

 

Yep, ESR is your best bet for the CR ignition. I have been very pleased with mine.

I'm curious on this also, because I don't know how you could further expand on the kit that ESR sells. Their kit inlcudes the ignition, custom plate, coil with plug boot, and even the CR kill button.

 

maybe he got extra stickers. jk. Did they give you the conversion kit for the lights?

 

They sent me stator, flywheel, coil, coil boot, spark plug cap, cdi, cdi boot, kill button, and mounting plate. ESR sent one to a buddy of mine and he got in there kit the stator, flywheel, cdi, coil, and mounting plate. He did not get any of the boots to mount it on or spark plug cap then paid close to $500 by the time it was shipped. And just so you know DaBeechMan he got extra stickers but he paid more for his parts and got less!

So what did you end up paying for the kit from ETPerformance? I bought my ESR CR250 electronic ignition for $400, but that was around 9 months ago. If you buy direct from ESR you are going to pay more than getting the kit from one of his dealers like I did.

 

I want to say it costed me $450 shipped but I really do not remember. I do know ESR is $449 plus shipping.
