I stalled out mine Rincon twice in seat high water this weekend. Any simple solutions to keep that from happening? I heard something about air lines for the Carb. I was told to reroute them and locate them in the airbox and it would help.

Just avoid seat high water. You could install a snorkel. Did you check to see if water made it into the oil?
Did the water get into the air box or exhaust? If it did make sure you change the oil a couple of times until it's clear. Just in case you didn't know.

I learned the hard way and flooded my quad in a creek. I limped home with my quad after taking awhile to get it started. Then I changed the oil about three times to clear the cloudiness.

Coyote chaser is right, stay out of water that deep. It's a Rincon not a boat. You are asking for all sorts of problems in the long run by drowning your machine. Some of the problems may be difficult or impossible for your dealer to warranty. If you don't mind that, sail away.

I think it was on this forum but perhaps another ATV forum - saw the post a week ago, a guy did the same thing. He solved the problem by sealing up something in the electical (?) area, not sure, I gotta find the post but it sounds very similar.

The reason that your bike stalls when the engine is underwater is because it is cold.
The water cools it off instantly. Try pulling the choke on and richen up the fuel mixture.
Just keep your air intake snorkels above the water and you're boating brother.
By the way ATV's do float you know....
Wheels up........

The back half of my atv floated and the front went down. I was glad of two things, the back did float and the quad only weighs around 400lbs. I didn't have my winch then and I was alone so it made it alot easier to get back to shore and up the rock covered creek bank. I think if I had 4 wheel drive I could have
made it through. I think the rear tires started to push up (trying to float) with me on the quad allowing it to loose traction on the creek rocks. When I lost momentum I tried to shift quick to regain it. Then in came the water. The End.
