what should i do?
anyone out there cut there front fender on there 400ex?
if so do you like it more and why, and does the mud fly in your face to much
all i ride is sand pits and bush trail but there not to much mud out there so?

It doesn't kick up that much mud(in your face) When I go play in the mud. I just get so damn filthy it wouldn't matter if I put mud flaps on it. I am getting covered.
The difference in the flying mud is minimal. If you don't do it that much, I wouldn't worry about it.

Cutting my plastic was one of the biggest mistakes I made. I know it looks cool, and probably is worth it for MX racers, but where I ride, it is muddy more than it is dusty. I had to stop and wipe my goggles off every 100 yards, and I got 10 times muddier than with stock fenders. I had them for one ride, then bought new plastic.
