ya get a blaster ride it stock for a while then get her a pipe and then after a while of that move her on. She should like the blaster because she will be able to throw it around better being lighter jmo

My wife has a z400 (had a trailblazer and a warrior), likes it more than my 400ex ( softer seat, easier to pull clutch, reverse, girl stuff I know, but she is a girl). Her sister rode a 400ex for 2 years and just upgraded to a z400. They are both 5' 100#, so I wouldn't be too worried about the size issue. WARNING if you buy her a Z, get ready to spend money on you 400ex.
