My buddy has a Recon 98 model and when he went to put it in reserve, gas was pouring out of the overflow tube. It was off at the time he did it. It did it several times and when he started the engine, it quit. Also, the screw holding the fuel **** vibrated out so he has to insert the plastic thing in to turn the fuel ****. Any ideas if this is a problem?? thanks for any input.

i have a recon same year and everything too was he at an angle or on a hill cause on mine a bunch of gas leaks out when i do a wheelie and on steep hills he better check if all those hoses are like were they should be maybe check the float? i dont really know

 

We were on a level driveway. We were also wondering if it was the float.
