CR Carb on 250R

CR Carb on 250R
I have a 85 ATC 250R. I can get a Carb/Cable/Twist throttle off of a 91 CR250. Will this install on my ATC? Do you think I would notice any performance gains? Would the CR reed cage fit on the old cylinder? What size is the CR Carb? Any other problems I might run into?
