Default stage 1 hotcam

ok, I've decided on the stage 1 cam. Do I just "drop it in", or is there more to it? Cam lobes down, correct?

ok, understand everything but the valve cover part. What do you mean it will get me in the ballpark? Are you talking about readjusting the valves for the new cam or something? Go into that part a little more please. Thanks for the reply!
