Could I put them on a 2000 300EX? IF so how would I wire them up for power? Where can I buy them and how much do they cost? How do they work?

Yes, i think you can do it., You need a 6 or a 12 volt battery. You can find them in denis kirk. They are about 44.99.But you have to take off your exsiting grips and put the heater grips on.
