What kind of bow do you guys use?
My wife and I both shoot Golden Eagle, Double Eagles for league. They're kinda rare bows with a hand painted animal on the riser. Mine has a whitetail and hers has a couger. For hunting, I shoot a Golden Eagle Splitfire and my wife shoots a Hoyt something.

What kind of bow do you guys use?
I shoot a PSE Thunderbolt set at 65lbs. I shhoot an easton ACC with a wasp jak-hammer 100 grain broadhead. The arrows weigh 420 grains and the travel at 276 fps. I would like to crank it down to 60 lbs and re sight it in, But it isn't going to happen this year. I have heard mixed reviews about expandable broad heads, But the jak-hammers have performed flawlessly for me.

High Country Excalibur and a Martin Pantera, both LH and both 80+ lbs. The High Country is wicked fast and the Martin is more forgiving, I like them both depending on the terrain/game.

geez... i am looking into either a parker or a hoyt... a buddy of mine just got a vipertec and i love it... but the proshop around here really likes parkers... they are nice! i dunno... wont be til next spring anyway.

i own a hoyt magnitec, my freind owns a razortec, and we both have shot mathews and other bows, in my opinion either a bowtec or hoyt is tops in quietness smoothness and overall quality. a mathews is a really loud bow. and the biggest reason they are so big is they have the money to pay for advertising and to endoarse shooters to shoot them in tournements. and when the razortec first came out it was beating the amthews a lot in tourneys. this will probably sit wrong wiht some people but i don;t think u can get any better then a hoyt as for qaulity, but if u are looking for something to kill, as long as u practice with it and u can shoot it well, then that is all that matters.
