I have one in my photo page so far. I would like to say I shot it, but it would have to be an amazing shot from Afghanistan.
Congradulations to my wife and friends, they've shot a nice 9 and 8 point and about 10 doe so far and the 2 week season has only been open for 5 days.

Wow, contrats, both dandys. I have to wait till rifle starts to go out because I do not have a bow. But hopefully I will be successful there, and if I am I will have pictures to show. Not too many up my way have gotten bucks though. A friend got a real nice one, 20+ inch spread. Another one got a dandy of a nine pointer near philly, and then theguy who got the ten point with the full circle rack that I mentioned in another post.

I don't really like to brag - I've just had some very good luck from time to time. There are a couple of pics on my page that you all can look at, and I have a couple of others I haven't been able to load yet. I'll keep trying to get the others loaded as one is of my best buck ever. Again... I've probably just been very fortunate.

Very respectable deer mag. Luck only plays a part of it, experience and skill obviously played a part in harvesting those bucks.

Thanks Starky. I like to think I have some skill. I do know that I work very hard at it and spend a lot of time in the woods and fields. I never have taken a deer (or any other wild animal for that matter) while sitting in my living room being a couch potato! My bigger bucks have all come from Kansas - now that I live in the south... my expectations are not quite the same, but that won't keep me from being out there chasin' them around!

Mag, those are some nice bucks! And I agree with Starky, there is skill involved when you take an animal.
