Looking for another AK-47 (or two). Probably an Arsenal or Vector. Had 2 at one time and foolishly sold them both. I currently have 5 AR-15s in the gun safe so I have to bring some balance back to things.

I went back in time with a traditions .50 cal black powder. The most fun Ive ever had... target shooting and getting my first deer with a blackpowder was an great time/hunt. They are on the cheap also.

My next firearm will probable be a high-end Trap & Skeet gun. I can shoot competitively with just about anything, but the shotgun (for me) takes less work. Also, I know enough guys that get sponsored that I could probable get some, too. Pistol would be my first choise, but there seems to be are too many prima donnas involved in that.

Even though I don't actually need it, but, I'm looking at a 338 Ultra mag and possibly a 500 S&W. Looking at the 338 RUM to keep my 300 RUM company.

What can I say, I'm a recoil junky.

I looked at a CZ Woodcock in 20 a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful gun. Quality was first rate. I wish CZ would start making them in 16. I've grown quite fond of the 16 after getting some trigger time behind one.

CAptain: about 6 yrs ago I had an oppertunity to buy a set of Merkels for 9 hundred apiece, new guns in sixteen gauge. I told a banker friend of mine about them, and he has been real satisfied. I admit, I was not in the right frame of mind to let those go!Those same guns cost around 6 grand now....
