Default Moose plow ??

Hey im going to order a Moose plow tonight and I was wondering when they say you need to get a winch mount kit is that to mount the winch or is that what you need to make your winch lift and lower the plow? I already have a Warn 2500. Thanks

There are two ways to run the plow lift; one is manually with a lift arm; and the other is by the winch. Your's will be by the winch. You don't need any extra mounting or brackets. All you do is mount the plate under the 4-wheeler and assemble the plow. When you are finished and have it mounted all you need to do is lower the winch cable and hook it to the plow (should be a loop to hook to). You will be very happy with the way it works, also the moose plows are built strong and hold up to about anything. Also make sure to check all the bolts, I've installed three of them this year and every one had loose bolts from the factory, mainly on the wear bar. Good luck.
