Welcome to the forums. If it still rides fine it is just reminding you to check your belt integrity if it went into limp mode it means something totally else. Do a search on the forums for belt light reset after you check your belt, or do a search on limp mode if it is infact in limp mode.

The flashing light does mean it is in limp home mode. So your ECM has detected a belt issue I would go ahead and replace your belt or have your local dealer do it if you arent comfortable doing it yourself.

If you replace it yourself you can do a search on the forums for resetting your light if you have a dealer do it they will reset it for you.
