Howdy!
I'm Erin, 36 year old Registered Nurse and ATV/Motorcycle enthusiast. "Live to Ride!!" Came to the site in search of help on a Tao Tao 110 that we just purchased for our 8 year old. The thing ran for 2 hours and just died. the starter will turn over no problem. Thought it was the safety switches.. clipped the wire at the CDI, no luck.. I'm at a loss and to make things better, the "dealer" we bought the bike from doesn't even exist according to Tao Tao USA!! Looking at replacing the CDI and Stator if I can't find an answer here. No dealer = no warranty. Not a lot of money but a pain in the butt just the same. Used to working on bigger bikes and ATV's with more common brand names, and I'm at a loss with this one. Very small Chinese parts and everything is PLASTIC! I'm not believing how much plastic is on this thing! Glad to be here though with a lot of like minded people. So that being said.. Hey from Eastern NC y'all!!
