i have a 2000 polaris scrambler 400 4x4 2-stroke. My father bought it new and let it sit for 3 years. The left hub froze up and it needed a little work to get going so i just modified it. I put full AAEN top end pipe with spark arrestor, boyesen reed cage and reeds, jetted at 240 main, swap fox tires, front and rear vesra rotors and dg front and rear pads, moose full a-arm/bottom/swing arm skid plates, new chain and sprockets, Erlandson performance clutch kit, new startor, rebuilt the whole front hub 4x4 assembly, new c/v joins, checked and chainged the balancer oil no milky residue, K&n air filter, drilled holes in air box cover, new tie rods from EPI, new front shock and rebuilt rear shock. As you can see i went a little over board and havent even driven it yet out in the woods. I am trying to tune it the best i can before i bring it out. Any pointers i dont want to go to lean.
