Polaris 400 rider
I just joined up to the forum so thought i would say hello. i ride a 1999 sport 400 and i bought a 2001 trail blazer 250 for my girl friend to ride. I live in the north east Mass to be exact and ride in wooded trails cause thats all we really have here. thats all for now.

I just traded my old 1 ton dump truck for a 98 polaris scrammy it is a fast bike and great to ride but for some reason I'm havin one heck of a time getting it to start even with the pull cord. I'm no mechanic but I am mech inclined just never owned one before so I'm a little cautious. Any how welcome I to am a new member here

fly4him starting problem
hey in my experience if your haveing alot of trouble starting a 2 stroke you need to clean the carb and the air cleaner. if both those are clean 9 out of 10 times it will start right up no problem.
